Responsibilities:

• Advise management-side clients on a broad range of traditional labor law matters.
• Represent employers in collective bargaining negotiations and contract administration.
• Handle NLRB representation and unfair labor practice proceedings.
• Prepare for and represent clients in labor arbitrations.
• Counsel clients on union organizing campaigns, labor relations strategies, and compliance with federal labor laws.
• Draft legal memoranda, briefs, motions, and other labor-related documents.
• Develop litigation and bargaining strategies while collaborating with attorneys across multiple practice areas.
• Build strong client relationships by providing practical, business-focused legal counsel.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active New York Bar admission.
• Class of 2022–2019.
• Significant traditional labor law experience at a law firm.
• Experience handling collective bargaining, NLRB representation and unfair labor practice matters, and labor arbitrations.
• Strong legal writing, advocacy, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent academic credentials and solid law firm experience preferred.
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and client management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced practice representing sophisticated clients.
