Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from inception through resolution.
• Take and defend depositions, attend court appearances, and negotiate settlements.
• Develop litigation strategy and prepare cases for trial.
• Conduct mediations, arbitrations, and trial proceedings as needed.
• Collaborate with a supportive team of attorneys and legal staff to achieve outstanding client outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Active New York Bar admission.
• Experience handling plaintiff personal injury litigation.
• Trial experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, litigation, and communication skills.
