Responsibilities:

• Manage a high-volume plaintiff personal injury caseload from litigation through trial.
• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery demands and responses, subpoenas, and trial materials.
• Coordinate court filings, calendars, depositions, mediations, and expert witnesses.
• Review, organize, and summarize medical records and case documents.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel.
• Maintain accurate case files and litigation deadlines.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, exhibits, and courtroom support as needed.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury.
• Strong understanding of New York litigation procedures and court rules.
• Experience preparing discovery, motions, and trial documents.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with legal case management software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
